I spoke for a few minutes yesterday with Murph's daughter. Arrangements are as follows: Mass at St. Anthony's Catholic church on May 7 at 2:30 and a gathering at the Lion's club following. Per the daughter, Ann is enjoying having people drop by to visit. There is a space to write condolences on the Roberts of Dunnellon web site. Di Fineoutby Sunrise Gracie - Save Yankeetown

Marsha, Frank and I believe you have made an excellent choice. Your description of Kathleen Burke is right on the button. Having worked with her on the Yankeetown Elections, I find her to be very intelligent and very respected. She would do an excellent job, should she receive the appointment on the Planning Commission. Deputy Sheriff Cannon just stopped by to give us an update since we were outside, the escapee is well known for not only burglary but for stealing cars, so for those of us who are sometimes too comfortable in our small community, please go outside and lock your car, and then lock your door. I don't want anything happening to any of you, that could have been prevented just by a simple lock uby Sunrise Gracie - Save Yankeetown
Congratulations Capt. Ed I'm only sorry that your father and mother were not here to celebrate with you, but I know they're smiling down, and they're both very proud of your perserverance, integrity, and honesty, in the way you handled this situation.
